Laser Fistula Surgery
Laser fistula surgery, or FiLaC (Fistula-tract Laser Closure), is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure that uses a radial laser fiber to thermally ablate and seal the fistula tract. It preserves sphincter muscles, reduces pain, and allows for faster recovery (within days) compared to conventional surgery.
